Sacred Essence is a safe and peaceful circle for women to come and be replenished and strengthened in spirit. Our circle includes nourishing ritual, storytelling and creative expression through a variety of modes of self-healing arts, including singing, drawing, painting, yoga, meditation. No experience in the creative arts necessary, just come and enjoy!
